Dundee Contemporary Arts is committed to making all visitors feel welcome and supported. The building has level or lift access to all public areas, including galleries, studios, and the Jute Café Bar. If the lift at the Greenmarket entrance is closed, visitors can use the buzzer for staff assistance.

Wheelchairs are available on request, and there are designated disabled parking spaces at the rear entrance. Guide dogs and support dogs are welcome throughout the venue.

Accessible unisex toilets with emergency pull cords are located near the galleries on the ground floor, by the cinema entrance on the lower ground floor, and in the Print Studio. Free period products are available in accessible toilets on both levels.

For visitors with visual impairments, contrasting colours are used throughout the building. Large-print guides are available on request, and cinema screenings include captioned, audio-described, and relaxed options. Headphones for audio description are available from the Box Office.

If you have specific access needs for your workshop, please contact DCA in advance to make arrangements.
